As far as the 'copy' of the screen, I do a print screen (PrtScn button on keyboard) and then paste into my photo editing program and then crop the part of the screen that I want to display. From there, I save it and when posting my message I click on 'manage attachments', click on 'browse', find your pic of the edited screen shot and then 'upload' it. Close the window and that's it.
