The template for the quote is bbcode_quote, for php is bbcode_php, for html is bbcode_html, and for code is bbcode_code. I would take a look at the differences between them in an editor and I would guess you could figure out how to change them on your own since you want them all to look the same only different colors. (I feel like I have seen the mod you are showing an image of, but I don't know which other site it might be on.)
