Well basically the issue is that I want to give Super Mods the ability to edit user accounts, such as names, etc...

I can't seem to make them do that, despite me editing there permissions.

Here are screenies if people don't follow:...

This is from my account, but the save button isn't at the bottom for the Mods or S Mods, and only Admins can have this, despite what the permissions say.

Any help would be appreciated.
