vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Bug reporting software?

I've been looking for a bug reporting solution for an open source project I'm working with, we don't use vBulletin (not donating my licence to the project and we don't have that kind of donations coming in) so we can't use Project Tools. I've checked out Jira but sadly my host won't allow us to use it as it has to have it's own process running. Mantis works but it's not very user friendly and a little clunky. Does anyone know of anything I could take a look into?
