for #1, the vBulletin engine will only add the sessionid on browsers link where the visitor deactivate the cookies in their browser. anyway, the sessionid will not related to any access on your forum even if a guest use it, as it's a temporary detail related to one browser session and is changed once you logout or close your browser window... can't be reused by someone else... so this is just a bloat element in a url.
