If you are new, you might want to bookmark the manual. Here is a page in the manual about uploading a new style - Uploading a Style. Usually, there are instructions that come with the style that also say something like "upload all the images to the /images/newstyle folder" or something like that also. If you need help, just post in the thread where you get the style.
