Please tell me what you did to fix the problem. I have the same problem (buttons not showing up no matter what) and I'd like to have some clue as to where to start looking.

I've tried the advice in the included Readme and installation.rtf file, no change. I have the images uploaded for all skins. I have disabled all other plugins and viewed only through default skin - to no avail. Everything else appears to be working just fine, just the button image to nominate the thread will not appear. (Thanks button appears without a problem though...)
