1. this update : Topic of the Week-Month Nomination v1.51 Updated Prod and Cron

Readme is only for MONTHLY cron so it would seem.

We only use weekly Nominations.

Could this work for weekly nomination cron issues to? Or is there to be another update for weekly cycles.

2. could the errors be because calendar month cron update ( at 0.10am on 1st of a month ) is fine, but weekly is every seven days, and there are more than 28 days in a month? just perhaps a mathematical glitch?
