Default Moderator Permissions
Hey everyone.

I've got somebody I want to try out as a moderator for my site.

I was wondering, is there a way I can make them like a mini-mod and be able to see all the actions moderator actions that they do? Or make it so that the moderator actions that they do are approved by either the admin or a fully fledged moderator?
