I have an interesting situation. I recently searched the term umpire forum in both Google & Yahoo.

I was very pleased that I was #2 on Yahoo.

But on Google The first mention of my site wasn't until the middle of page 8 and my homepage wasn't until page 16.

By activity on the boards my site is number 3. Just from general observation and participating on other boards.

My general thought is that my site is set up well if I achieve a #2 on Yahoo, but are there any thoughts on how to move up with Google and at least make the first few pages?
