I am trying to get a particular Notice to appear only on the Home Page ('index'). I know this has been asked before, but the only solution I see is to edit the navbar template, but that effects ALL notices.

I can't use any HTML 'if' conditional that I know of, especially in non-IE browsers.

So, I wanted to add something to the actual Notice text box in the Notices Manager. It seems like only Javascript executes in there, and it doesn't seem to understand the variable THIS_SCRIPT.

Any ideas on what I can add to the text box to make that Notice appear only on THIS_SCRIPT='index'?
