@Adopt-A-Player and @Stryker412 the automatic insertion of the navbar links is done using vbulletins template_hooks, your custom styles may not have these hooks in place. You will have to manually edit the templates to insert the links you wish to have.

@dbehnk, the database tables are created when you install the product.

@biglamb your errors are due to your members entering false usernames, the error you reported is pretty descriptive if you read it. As you can see by your example someone entered "PSN not XBox Live, BadKarma117", you should find these users and remove their entries. Eventually I hope to automatically fix this in the cron, however until then you should manually fix these users.
