Is it possible to create a group where the users who are in this group can post on the forum however, the general population cannot see the posts?

The goal is to move the trolls to this group and let them think they are able to post like a regular user meanwhile, the registered users (general population) are not bothered by the posts. I want the trolls to lose interest.
