Yea I can see what you mean.

Because well as a Forum Administrator, you are unable to to infract anyone who is the same rank as you. For SuperMods or Moderators, who want to be entitled to the same reason to be able to infract an Admin, should be made available.

I like the infraction system, personally I do not mind it but having this modifcation made available to do this would be awesome.
