I'm glad you solved the problem, But I think it's dangerous to allow users or guests to input HTML into their posts. There are some vulnerabilities that can be breached with malicious javascripts or other codes that can steal information (ex: login / passwords).

It's probably fine if the administrator is allowed to input html into their posts though.
