I'm not very technically-minded with regards to manual changes to vBulletin's inner-workings, but I can follow step-by-step directions.

Unfortunately, the person apparently wasn't able to demonstrate that the forum had a real license.

Well, I have two legitimate vBulletin licenses, with a third to be acquired shortly. I also have members who are visually handicapped and would like to be able to access our content more easily.

So is there a solution -- anywhere?

I did a search of vBulletin's forum and this one, and so far nothing conclusive comes up.

Anyone?
