Interesting addon and just for my comprehension: What exactly does this addon do?

Are you able to use any account you wanna log in to 100% as it is, for example if you wanna check a moderator's account you can use his mod rights (it happens that some mods have more rights regarding the forum hence the name administrator

), and can you also read the user's PMs?

I am used to phpbb 3 and there seems to be a similar feature thought it only transfers user's rights so that you cannot corrupt the user's privacy.
