Is there any possible way to show each user's local time in the postbit (based on the timezone they choose in their UserCP)?

I know how to edit the postbit and such, I just don't know what code I would use.

-*-*- After creating this same thread on vBulletin.com, I came across Boofo's Mod that does just this... in the Modification Graveyard with no files. -*-*-

So I am wondering if anybody else knows how to do this and is willing to help me.
