This doesn't work though. Even if you have the ignore quota set, if you try to send a PM to a member of a usergroup whose PM allowance is set to zero you get the message:

Quote:

X has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her.

I put in a support request about this and I was told that this is simply not possible.
