vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Local IP rapidly going all through my forum. Can anyone explain?

Through my "who's online" feature I could see someone with a local IP rapidly going through all my posts, trying to log in, going to admin. panel logins, looking at profies, etc. It seemed too fast to be a human, yet it was a local IP rather than the ones you typically see from spammers or spiders. Another poster said they recognized the IP number but so far hasn't revealed who it is.

Can anyone explain this? Were they maybe going through my php files? Could it be some sort of data mining?
