Thanks a lot for this great work...

Is it possible to make the tickets view by all members ?

For example when a member asked a question, (if its public) then all members will be able to see this question. And they will be able to reply the question so it will make the mods job easier. Is it possible ?

Because even i did a public question via helpcenter, members still can not see the thread. Just the administrator usergroup...
