It's a nice clean generic looking style. Personally, I wouldn't add anymore images into the logo. People tend to think that more is better when infact less can be better and adding more images into the logo would be a mistake in my opinion.
However, I see you still have vbulletin stock images lurking throughout your style which I think don't give off a nice visual appeal to this nice style. Firstly change the stock images on the index page, it's the first page visitors will clap their eyes on so priority would be to replace the collapse icons. I'd also go about changing the subforum icons for something custom, something that feels more consistent for the style.
The lastpost.gif could also do with being changed for something custom as does the navbits_start.gif.
Personally, I think the text on the tcat headers are far to big. Scale them down a little. I'd suggest changing the hover link colour on the tcat links to a yellow, the same yellow you have on the right hand side of your logo.
Threadmarkers are something admins always miss when making custom styles so I would set about changing those for something custom, possibly some pixalated custom threadmarkers would compliment the style nicely.
Overall, a potentialy nice style if you address some of the suggestions I made. Goodwork and goodluck.
