We just have some general questions that we would like the answer to. Thank you for anyone who replies. Our questions are as follows:

How do we create an additional page in vBulletin (our rules pages)? How do we add this link to our navigation bar at the top of the page?
How can we change the color scheme of vBulletin from the default colors?
How can we use the vBulletin Icon in the address bar (favicon.ico) for our website?
