Then, it's a problem related to your forum not to our product , installing this product just extend the "Quick Edit" features'. Un-Installing it will delete every thing related to this product & doesn't leave any traces, so if there is any problem it should be related to your forum itself.

You don't have permission to access /forum/admincp/plugin.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

There is a problem with your forum's files, checkout for the file admincp/plugin.php. Also check for validity of any .htacess on your site's/forum's root (if any).

Is there any way you can implement a smilie box below the editor when "quick-editing" just like in Advanced Quick Reply?

:up:
Regarding the smilie box in the "Quick Edit", it will be implemented in a future release since it's currently has some problematic difficulties.

It's supposed to work with 3.6 series but we don't support any series other than the latest stable supported. If you don't care you can delete the dependency lines as follow:
Open the product's XML file & search for the following code & DELETE it:
Code:
<dependency dependencytype="vbulletin" minversion="3.7.0" maxversion="3.7.99" />
