I don't know if this will help others but I spent two hours trying to figure out why my images weren't showing (I uploaded Shelley's wonderful new moods :up

because I loaded them to the correct place but all I was getting was a blue ?. I re-uploaded everything and it still wasn't working. It turned out I needed to change the permissions on all of the images. They were only readable by the owner. So if you haven't tried that option I would suggest looking at that. Once I made them readable by all, they worked beautifully.
