Sorry for posting in the wrong forum, however, this seemed like the appropriate forum "How do I do this in vBulletin?" I wanted to know how I could do something.

I am not familiar with the if condition script writing. I thought that maybe this might be a template edit, but wasn't sure.

Please direct me to the correct forum and I will repost there or request a moderator to move it for me.
