I just got back from the midnight showing. Heath's performance is oscar-worthy, the intricacies he has created are mesmerizing and his comedic timing is absolutely stunning.

However, I felt the role is not oscar worthy...when you inspect the character of the Joker in this film, it's a very one-dimensional...It's extremely tragic that this was Ledger's final complete performance.

Everyone should go see this film!
