The navbar is set up where there is a table that defines the links you see across the navbar, then below is a set of tables for the drop down menus. You need to find the table in the dropdown menus section for the quick links and add a row to it with your link.
If you find the first instance of this comment '' and then look below it for the quicklinks dropdown menu table you should be able to find it.
