Hi,

My host has an email limit (200 emails per hour). It means I'm not allowed to send more than 200 email in one hour. When I'm using the mass email (aending email to users) option I exceed this limit and get blocked out, which means my forum will temporarily be unavailable until they fix my account.

So my question is where can I set that my script sends only 200 email per hour?
