It kept giving the items to a user, whose number was like 32,xxx. So possibly there is some sort of max amount of users. No matter which user would buy something, it would always go to that user. So since that user hasn't been active for a long time, I deleted the user. Now when purchasing items, nothing happens, and nothing shows up in the transaction log. So at this point I'm not going to use a shop on that forum, as I think I have too many users.
