That part in red is supposed to be a reference to the "Post Nominated" image stamp. Try droping the content of the "upload/images/misc/nominate" into all your styles (even into the default style folder). Let me know the result.

Ive gone back through and uploaded all the images into all the image folders, but sill no joy with the nominate post icon.

All the other images appear to be working, just not the one that shows when a post has been nominated.
