Update in version 1.40

1. Option to automatically send a PM to award winners at the end of the contest (addition v 1.4)
2. Option to automatically add points to award winners? reputation at the end of the contest (addition v 1.4)
3. If the current ?Nomination Thread? is deleted for whatever reason, a single manual run of the cron file will suffice to create a new thread, avoiding a clean install of the product.

Please do not divide phrases because it makes translations some times impossible (different topic in the proposition .... I don't go into language details)

For example:
Which post should win the Subiect Of The Month August, 2008 contest? (Pole title)
I have marked different the phrases composing the sentence.
Subiect is comming from settings.
This should be only one phrase easily to translate in any language.

This goes for all that is more than one word and especially if it is a long sentence.
