Not sure if this is possible but would be nice to have for a very large forum.

After a certain number of rule violations (admin selected in admincp perhaps), a member is automatically placed into a restricted usergroup.

And if this is possible, it would be nice for a PM to be sent to the member in question, explaining the usergroup switch and why (depending on the rules in question).
