No, I use a program I bought from Office Depot. But it doesn't matter, as I still do almost all the design in Photoshop unless it's just a CD label as that is easy, and I just use simple font with a title of the cd, and a bg that matches the type of CD it is.
I noticed after I cleaned all those "used" game symbols off the damn package I missed the other PS logo and I missed the other NTSC label. I also skipped mini screen shots on the back, and in fact any other logo or company info. I didn't need to go crazy with it, but get it to the point that it would look like a PS 2 game when sitting amidst my others. I got the font size too small on the side, but the front I got it exact, otherwise, it's cool.
