Hi,

I have two little confusing problem with banned users list.

When I make someone's primary usergroup "moderator", I see that user in banned user list, and it looks he is banned by me.
Sometimes I check banned users list, and yesterday I realize that some users has been banned by themselves, but in userlist they don't look like they are banned.

Anyone can help?
