I've found another error. Yeah, I also tested it. It's because of this hack. After I switch off this hack, then the error disappear. Seems, that this error on page appears everywhere where is a form of the answer. I think, you must include Translit not just in quick reply, quick edit etc., but also in page with photo in albums, where is form for comment photo, and also in member (profile) page where is also form for posting public messages to member.
