Oh yes. We designed the 3.7x version to be integrated with the vB gallery. There is a block that you can enable for users which displays their photo albums on the vB Gallery (with thumbnails for the albums) and a link to all of their albums. And with Community Central, one of the modules you can enable is to display the latest added galleries. Check the screenshots above to see what I am talking about.
