I would love some feedback. I know the theme needs a lot of work (it's the one from over at vBSEO) The site is geared towards anyone in the field of marketing.

I spent a lot of time gearing up vB to take care of the sites radio show/podcast and even more time on the signup process.

Any and all feedback would be appreciated (constructive or destructive)
