I am looking for a server. More than likely VPS, that can support a 8,000 member website. The site is growing and is expected to reach over 10,000 members.

This site is one of those sites that can NOT afford ANY downtime. PERIOD. Plain and simple. I have been through many hosts, because I have downtime over 24 hours. I do NOT put up with this and INSTANTLY switch.

Here's what I need:

Under 50$ a month
Little downtime (Maybe 1-2 hours every now and then)
Can support a 10,000 member site
Fast
Reliable
