vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Albums that anyone can post pic to?

Basically I am looking for something to completely replace Menalto Gallery. The albums in vB 3.7 look very promising, especially with the All Albums Mod.

Is something out there now that will either allow any user to post to a public user album, or even better, the ability to make an independent album not connected to a user specifically?
