Version 1.3.1 Changes (includes Version 1.2.0 & 1.3.0 Changes)

1) Added ability to hide specified SubForums

2) Added ability to limit the number of SubForums shown

3) Added ability for the user to set the "More..." text displayed if the SubForum List is limited

4) Added ability for the user to have a hyperlink to the Parent Forum on the "More..." text

5) Ensured the SubForum Separator is only shown when it should be

6) Added ability for GrandChildren to be displayed indented

7) Renamed the XML file to match the Modification Title

8) Added ability to collapse SubForum displays

9) Expanded Sort option to include "sort in SubForum order vertically"

10) Fixed a bug that was in the 1.2.0 & 1.3.0 release

11) Other minor coding and commenting adjustments
