Yes 'Yearly' billing is now included, along with 'One Time Charge' for donations.

Edit: I also get this error - Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() in /home/MYURLHERE/public_html/includes/functions_mobilebill_sms.php on line 16 when submit a wrong code on purpose.
Texting STOP costs no more than a network rate.

That error would have occured whether you entered a wrong password or not. It means CURL is not installed on your web server, and unfortunatly we dont support any other method at the moment.
