works ok for the update

- when you withdraw your nominee, it also clear the TOTM/TOTW link from the list.
- the Individual Forums On Which This Mod Must Be Disabled
Specify the list of forum(s) ID(s), | separated (e.g.: 1|2|3). ---> will not work if you give the parent forum. It must be exactly the forum id (individual like it says).

Needs to see the result until it finished

btw, just question and suggestion :

- is it possible to run both TOTM and TOTW ?
- time interval for the poll
