Where is the best way to put a guide or article? Say my webpage is about a certain topic and a do a guide or article on that topic, do I post it on the blog or on the forum as a thread. I sort of want it to be a bit more permanant and noticeable than a thread but not a sticky, what do other people do?

What is blog used for exactly, users can write a log, or what? is for if they want to do an article aswell?
