vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Member's Area (Similar to the one vBulletin.com and vBa use)

I was wondering if someone could make this hack, or if it was publicly releasable.

What I want for my site is a page similar to
http://www.vbadvanced.com/membersarea.php

The most important part of that page I want is the License system (people can pay and they can buy a license of my product), the support tickets, and the Product viewing system.

If anyone could find this, release this, or make this, it would be much appreciated!
