Does anyone know of a plug in or fix for IE 7.0 and there problem with video in full screen?

I searched for it and I'm getting a bunch of mixed results, from forums, to tech places, but no actual plug in is coming up in my search. I called Dell last night and showed them my error on screen and it creates this black/white triangle when you switch a video on any system whether it be Youtube, Hulu, or AOL video, it just goes to this black white triangle and won't show the video.

The Dell tech told me that it is a IE error, and there should be a plug in to fix it.

Does anyone know, just curious, it works in Firefox, but not in IE.
