Just my two cents guys. For the people who wanted to use the RSS feeds and embed videos from them this is what I did. I used the RSS feed from MSNBC and ran the feed to my forum. I edited the template to say the fallowing;

[AME] {feed:link} [AME]

I clicked preview and all the video feeds came threw instead of just showing the link. Now I dont recommend hitting preview with all those feeds because my computer nearly blew up trying to embed all those videos at the same time in the preview. I havent seen the videos go threw to the forum yet. No more feeds to add right now, but im pretty confident it should work.
