Disclaimer: Might be me.. Tired! ; )

Entering no message in the chat field results in a message telling me I must enter a chat. That's a good thing however, the screen area dims and I must hit F5 to get back. Same thing happens when I attempt to Private chat however, I can't seem to get it to do anything but tell me the user doesn't exist.

Any starting places I can look for the issue?

Update: 2 of 5 template exhibit the issue of dimming and needing refreshed so it's my problem but I could really use a tip to keep these two templates in place... (I can recreate the problem by inserting an image)
