There is proof you either didn't read it, or can't follow directions. In the instructions, it clearly states that if you are upgrading from 0.3.0+ no uninstall is needed. You fail.

The images must be uploaded in the images/misc/mgc_cb_evo/channels folder.

BBcode for email works.

Email icon works too. You didn't upload the email image in the images folder.

You either didn't upgrade right, or install right. When it says copy ALL files, that means all.
