Email was sent to me by notification system, when new messages are posted in section.

Did you apply all the file changes?
E-mails should be processed such that all hidden text is stripped out of there, so that's a bug. Unless you haven't done one or more file changes correctly, which I'd like you to check.

And another question, permissions for usergroup of Administrators doesn't take effect. Is it Ok??? I mean if I turn off opportunity to see always hidden content I still can see hidden content as Administrator.

You certainly haven't installed something correctly. Because the permission works, I have checked.

And you probably don't see buttons in the editor, either? If so, please check all permissions: vBulletin Options, Forum Options, and Usergroup Permissions.
